Erik Anker is an educator, mediator, and international consultant. An Inclusivity Advisor for the Air National Guard, Erik provides training on unconscious bias to a variety of organizations worldwide.

Passionate about justice, Erik helps individuals and organizations hold themselves to a higher standard. With a dynamic skillset and ability to connect across cultural difference, he has a knack for drawing out the best in others and loves assisting organizations of all kinds in developing more just policies and practices. He has pioneered diplomacy efforts across West Africa and frequently provides consultation for the U.S. Government, including recently serving as a representative of the United Nations at the African Air Chiefs Symposium in Nairobi, Kenya.

Erik is a Certified Mediator, has trained with the Graduate Consortium of Gender Studies at MIT, and holds degrees from the U.S. Air Force Academy, Gonzaga University, and the University of Massachusetts. In addition to his roles in academia and government, Erik is a certified personal fitness trainer, and has toured the country as a stand-up comic, showcasing alongside comedy legends Sarah Silverman, Kumail Nanjiani, Marc Maron, and more.
